This 7-day revitalizing retreat will unite body, mind, & spirit through yoga—transforming you into a yogi on & off the mat; guide you to find peace with food & your body—without requiring the approval of your scale; and lead you to listen to the whisperings of your soul—remembering who you truly are & what you want.
Each day will begin with an energizing all levels yoga practice, followed by brunch. Our days will be filled with holistic healing, like integrative nutrition workshops, group coaching, cooking lessons with fresh ingredients from the local markets, Reiki, and holistic massage. There will also be a few excursions to explore Barcelona! Each evening we'll enjoy dinner together (both prepared by our private chef AND out on the town) and a Yoga Nidra practice.

This is an all women's retreat, and there are a limited the number of participants (only 10 spaces) to ensure that everyone gets the fullest experience possible.
Sample Schedule: 8 – 10 am: Morning Yoga 10 – 11 am: Brunch 11:30 – 1:30 pm: Workshop/Coaching Session 2 – 3 pm: Lunch Free time 4:30 – 7 pm: Meditation, Breathing, Excursion, Reiki Session, Holistic Massage, or cooking class 7 – 8 pm: Dinner 8:30 – 10 pm: Yoga Nidra

Held at the Barcelona Yoga Weeks retreat centre, a big and beautiful modernistic house in the heart of Barcelona. The centre is located in a nice and quiet street, yet minutes’ walk away from the central gothic neighbourhood and a 10 minute walk away to the beach of Barcelona.
Each meal will be gluten free, dairy free, and vegetarian, and will be a chance for community and shared mindful eating. Meals will be an opportunity for connection, coaching, questions, and SAVORING.
A health journey is a circular staircase rather than a straight line from the bottom to the top. Imagine you’re throwing small pebbles at a glass window. One pebble isn’t enough to make the window shatter, but one may make a small hairline crack. Another may deepen that crack. Eventually, the whole window may shatter. You'll have pebbles thrown your way all week.
Each morning will begin with an all levels, energetic yoga practice, and our evenings will close with a Yoga Nidra session. Should weather allow, rooftop yoga is available.
Montserrat mountain is the perfect day trip from Barcelona in terms of accessibility, distance and powerful, raw natural beauty. Montserrat, meaning serrated mountain, is an apt name for the jagged cluster of peaks located one hour outside Barcelona. Most of the trails have been cut into steps, so the technical rating for the trail is ‘easy’.
Allow these sessions to reset your energy and fully immerse yourself in whole body healing.
Barcelona is a unique spot in the Mediterranean. Barcelona which has developed in the recent years a great consciousness about wellbeing. The slow food movement has also rooted deeply in Barcelona, and the city has an incredible range of high quality local food with loads of vegetarian and vegan only cafés, restaurants and shops.
Part meditation, part listening exercise, sound baths are healing musical performances. You'll relax on the floor in supported savasana (corpse pose) and let the waves of sound wash over you.
You feel like food has a hold over you. You’re constantly thinking about what you can and can’t eat, what foods are ‘good’ or ‘bad.’ And when you allow yourself a “treat,” you feel totally out of control. (Me? I used to inhale a whole jar of almond butter in a single sitting.)

Hi, I’m Brittany, and I spent YEARS (literal YEARS) frustrated with food and my body. I hated my body. I hated food. I loved food. I wanted nothing more than to feel “normal” with food. I didn’t feel even a little bit normal with food. I didn’t want to punish my body with exercise anymore. I wanted to love my body. Trust my body. BE my body.
I’m an integrative health coach offering integrative nutrition, energy healing, and yoga science and application. I’m the owner and founder of The Soul Food Project, which is devoted to the power of a positive relationship with food and body. Through workshops, yoga, one-on-one coaching, speaking, and now a book (hell yeah!), I’m passionate about helping women flow from Fed Up to Well Fed through a nourishing revolution of yoga, food, and soul. My specialty is helping women release shame and control and learn how to regulate their own bodies, keeping happiness at the heart of healthfulness.
I’m a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher with training based in the lineage and teachings of Krishnamacharya. I studied with groundbreaking pioneers in the field of nutrition at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, which is accredited by Columbia University’s Teachers College and by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.
